Job Description:

• Work with SMEs to:
  • define, analyze and document requirements and functional specifications
  • define and document business workflows
  • define and document reporting requirements.
• Develop requirements for future state or Develop test plans and scripts
• Create and update documentation including: requirements, business process flows, test cases (strong writing ability required)
• Identify and track issues (report them timely tsupervisor)
• Contribute ideas timprove services and processes
• Attend meetings as a contributing team member
• Manage multiple tasks concurrently
• Balance priorities tmeet deadlines
• Perform data gathering and analysis
• Work with new software and legacy systems
• Provide weekly status reports
• Adhere and conform tstandard procedures

Required Qualification:

• Minimum 60 months of experience preparing and executing comprehensive test plans and scripts detailing conditions to be tested and expected outcome
• Minimum 60 months of experience creating and maintaining documentation (i.e. functional documents, business rules, operational procedures, meeting notes, etc.)
• Minimum 60 months of experience translating business requirements into functional specifications for medium to large projects, developing artifacts according to standard templates.
• Minimum 24 months of experience executing processes to analyze the quality of data imported from legacy systems into COTS systems; establishing and using business rules and analyzing the errors.
• Minimum 60 months of experience managing and balancing multiple concurrent tasks where time management techniques are used to achieve desired results.
• Minimum 24 months of experience performing fit/gap analysis to identify functions to be customized or configured into a COTS system.
• Minimum 60 months of completing assignments that meet or exceed deadlines and informing the immediate supervisor of progress and critical issues.
• Bachelor's Degree
