Job Description:

Review the results of testing and simulation
Manage business vocabulary
Resolve business issues relating to business rule execution.
Be accountable for the quality of the business rule.

Requirements:

Experience:

Seven (7) or more years of functional expertise in SNAP certification policy.
Able to analyze complex problems, make recommendations, develop alternative solutions and draft and execute implementation plans. Able to converse with and provides assistance to highest levels of management.
Must be well-read and published in subject field.
A minimum of five (5) years of experience developing curriculum and or technical guides and providing training.
A minimum of five (5) years of communication experience facilitating meetings and providing expert consultation in the area of SNAP or related policy areas.
