BACKGROUND

ANGARAI provided a holistic solution to USAITA, an administrative service organizational unit of Pentagon.

SOLUTION

ANGARAI was involved in designing and implementing a roadmap for the Enterprise wide Remedy ITSM Implementation as part of the integration of multiple Remedy instances across USAITA. This enforced ITIL framework as the chosen standard for USAITA. In addition, Remedy was made to be USAITA's tool of choice and system of record.
