CLIENT | USAITA, Pentagon - United States Department of Defense (US DOD)
OBJECTIVE | To support the leadership and staff of USAITA in integrating the business transformation and organizational idiosyncrasies by leveraging structured and sound change management initiatives and implement a robust OCM framework that would significantly enhance individuals, work products, and overall health of the organization as a change ambassador.
SCOPE | To develop organizational diagnostics including various survey feedback and interview frameworks; analysis and understanding of the challenges and needs for personal, professional and procedural changes; conceive, develop and implement the framework.
ANGARAI was engaged in providing a holistic change management solution to USAITA in the areas of acquisition and program management, incident management, ITIL configuration management and remedy implementation. As the engagement progressed, the organization diagnosis identified specific operating mental models and behavioral patterns as the starting point to the initiatives for change management at USAITA. ANGARAI was well poised to bring in the change management plan for the same.
ANGARAI was involved in supporting the leadership and management of USAITA in leading the organizational change management program. This encompassed the following;
1. Environmental analysis and recommendations
2. Various intervention initiatives including strategic, techno-structural and human resources
3. Performance management
4. Event and communication management
