Organizational Change Management Specialist - 1099 Candidates only

ANGARAI is looking for an Organizational Change Management Specialist for one of our customers.
The SI Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead will focus on workforce transition planning, super user readiness planning and supporting the client’s change management and change communication lead.
The SI OCM Lead will support executives, program, and project leaders, project teams and business stakeholders throughout the duration of the engagement by providing sound advice, counsel and execution support.
Will support development of strategic and tactical change management, training management, communications and user adoption activities for the project, using effective Prosci OCM methodology and tools.
Identify change management and user adoption related business issues/risks and recommend options and plans to remediate.
Ensure OCM activities are aligned with the project timeline and key milestones and are integrated with other work streams as required.
Manage overall OCM work plan and conduct weekly status reporting meetings.
Manage, Plan and facilitate workshops to identify business detailed impacts and develop plans for mitigation through communication, training or stakeholder engagement activities.
Support training efforts by reviewing and helping to manage the facilitation of training programs.
Apply solid change management principles and tools to drive accelerated adoption of project initiatives.
Provide thought leadership, oversight and QA for all change management and training activities.
Partner with Project Teams in the project planning and integration of change management activities into the overall project plan.
Review key stakeholder state of readiness.
Owner and Management of all changes for IT and Support Transition.
Manage all changes related to IT Transition and Support activities, and define post-transition issue management process.
Participate in regularly scheduled MJN project status update meetings with MJN Stakeholders and vendors, and report on project status Dashboard of change planned activities, completed, upcoming changes.
Participate in status, service transition, and RCA (Root Cause Analysis) review meetings to facilitate an accurate understanding of project/program health, develop and communicate mitigation plans for risks and action plans for issues as required.
Project oversight for other various initiatives.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or a related field.
Exposure to scrum (or other Agile frameworks).
Minimum 10 years of professional experience in management consulting, technology implementation, change management or related field expertise.
Minimum 3-year experience in developing and executing change management strategy focused on the adoption of new technology and processes.
Knowledge of best practice change management methodologies and tools.
Thorough understanding of how people and organizations process change.
Demonstrated experience on large scale projects in either a project management or change management role.
Demonstrated ability to plan and execute a change initiative within a complex organization.
Exceptional communication skills oral and written.
Ability to work effectively at all levels of an organization and influence toward a common vision or goal.
Ability to build strong relationship based on trust and mutual respect.
Understanding of training and development principles and concepts and how they contribute to the overall change management strategy.
Experience supervising staff and accomplishing objectives through a team.
Experience estimating workloads and setting realistic targets and plans.
