ANGARAI wins contract to provide Business Process Re-engineering Support Services for Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA).

ANGARAI has been awarded with a contract to support Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA) on Material and Inventory Planning (MIPN) foundational Governance Plan.

As part of this project ANGARAI will be supporting WMATA in radical redesign of core business processes to achieve dramatic improvements in productivity, cycle times and quality. In this contract ANGARAI will be Developing and Documenting Material and Inventory Planning (MIPN) foundational Governance Plan.

ANGARAI will be supporting Metro to establish the Governing documentation & defining MIPN roles and responsibilities and how MIPN interacts with other BUS offices and support organizations to perform MIPN functions. ANGARAI will also be supporting the Agency on developing MIPN team orientation plan, process and training materials. Other activities include - Standard Operating Procedures, Service Level Agreements, Business procedures and processes, Map and document current state and recommend future state with industry best practices tailored for MIPN success in service needs and accomplishing Authorities Goals.
