ANGARAI develops performance work statements (PWSs) for vendors providing business consulting services to the CMBD and CMBD clients and other ancillary services.

One of the missions of Prince George's Community College's Center for Minority Business Development (CMBD) is to expand the capacity of firms in its Local Minority Business Enterprise (LMBD) Accelerator Program. The LMBE Accelerator Program is designed to help minority-owned construction firms based in Prince George's County Maryland build the capacity to compete for large-scale construction contracts. The program provides participants with intense specialized training, C-Suite development, personalized consultation, and on-site technical assistance.

ANGARAI is assisting CMBD in a host of management and administrative services to carry out its mission of expanding the capacity of minority businesses in Prince George's County. The services will be directed at supporting the CMBD mission to provide relevant training and business consulting services to County small businesses in support of their infrastructure development needs. This includes developing robust performance work statements for vendor consultants who provide business and technical services to the CMBD and its clientele. ANGARAI may also support the CMBD, on an as-needed basis: in evaluating the services provided to Accelerator Participants; assisting CMBD in determining reasonable outcomes; assisting the CMBD in drafting reports and other documents for public consumption; assisting CMBD with special projects as it relates to technology; and, attending events for and or with CMBD.
