Job Description

ANGARAI is looking for Contract/ Reporting Analyst will contribute to organizational improvement by gathering and analysing data, preparing reports, and introducing process improvements throughout the reporting process

Major Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Planning and Controlling the tests ( effort, deadline ,Cost /Budget )
  • Gather and Input Data, Analyze Information, Prepare Reports
  • Design Data Management and Reporting Tools
  • Develop, gather & consolidate reports
  • Develop efficient processes to improve reporting outcomes
  • Coordinate centralized reporting efforts
  • Perform routine analysis of data to ensure accuracy and usability of information
  • Communicate with stakeholders to ensure reporting compliance and accuracy on adhoc reports
  • Collaborate with Business Teams and Leadership
  • Conduct System and Database Audits
  • Ensure compliance with client reporting requirements
  • Complete special reporting projects for client contracts
  • Evaluate data and report findings for accuracy, completeness, intent, and scope, etc
  • Act as a liaison with team and implement project plan for new requests
  • Seek and adopt best practices in data reporting
  • Monitor ongoing non-compliance exposure by LOB for process improvement

Background and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in related field of study
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience gathering business requirements and analysing data
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products
  • Ability to work in a fact paced environment
  • Understanding interdependencies among data
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to manage tasks independently, take ownership of responsibilities and meet deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience manipulating data in Excel
  • Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
  • Must have one of the below certifications:
    1. PMI-Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP)
      PMI-Scheduling Professional (SP)
      Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
      Advanced Certified Scrum Master(A-CSM)
      Certified Scrum Professional – ScrumMaster (CSP-SM)
      Certified SAFe Agilist
      Certified SAFe Scrum Master
      Certified SAFe Advanced Scrum Master
      Certified SAFe Government Practitioner
