ANGARAI helps Maryland Department of General Services to Acquire New ISO Certification
ANGARAI is glad to announce that we have successfully completed all the activities required for obtaining ISO 9001:2015 certification for Maryland Department of General Services and have assisted DGS in obtaining the certification.
DGS is one of the first state agencies to acquire the certification. This certification was selected specifically to validate DGS’ human resources ability to exceed the quality expectations and requirements of the agency, particularly their recruitment process. ANGARAI identified the need and helped DGS develop mature corporate policies, procedures, and tools to ensure high-quality talent management services. DGS went through with the internal and certification audits and was successful in getting certified. We will partner with DGS to drive continual improvement of their processes and procedures.
