ANGARAI was engaged in providing a holistic change management solution to USAITA in the areas of acquisition and program management, incident management, ITIL configuration management and remedy implementation. As the engagement progressed, the organization diagnosis identified specific operating mental models and behavioral patterns as the starting point to the initiatives for change management at USAITA. ANGARAI was well poised to bring in the change management plan for the same.
