ANGARAI has been awarded with a contract to support Maryland Health Benefit Exchange on their information technology organization transformation initiative.
ANGARAI will be supporting MHBE in enhancing the capability and maturity of the MHBE’s IT organization and perform activities leading up to implementing IT project/program standards and performance objectives in line with CMMI guidelines. ANGARAI will also be analyzing the process performance and will be setting parameters to achieve process improvement using (SCAMPI – Standard CMMI Appraisal Method for Process Improvement).
As a core function of this project – ANGARAI will be recommending and/or designing customized tools/processes for project/document management, defect tracking, estimation, requirements management, decision analysis, metrics and integration, as needed to improvise IT organizational efficiency in line with CMMI standards.
